Induction Melting and Centrifugal Casting Oven MCC3500

Induction melting technology and motorized centrifugal casting has been integrated into a single machine that will give excellent gas free castings of tee shaped molds. This machine performs two tasks:
Through its built-in medium frequency power electronics generators it melts up to 1.3 kg of precious metal (gold, silver, copper) in several minutes reaching temperatures of 1100 C.
Injects the molten metal into a cylindrical gypsum mold by the centrifugal action of a rotating arm.
